We're Resuming!!

We are happy to announce that our studio will resume our 2019-2020 season on August 3rd (for those dancers in Kindergarten and up) and August 17th (for those dancers ages 2-5) All ages are as of September 2019 These are NOT Summer lessons. This is a continuation of the 2019-2020 season that was not completed. Think of this as March, April, May and June. We will get the dancers back to class and catch up on everything so they will be ready for our annual Recital (most likely in October) with the routines they were working so hard on Sept-March. We will have more specific show information once the dates get closer so we can follow large gathering guidelines or do things in a different way if needed.

Some facts about our return:

  • Our first priority is the safety of our dancers and staff.
  • We have closely followed the CDC and Governor’s recommendations and requirements in order to return to class safely. We will be strictly enforcing all of them
  • Our staff will undergo daily symptom and temperature checks, wear masks and be trained to the best of our ability to adhere to all regulations.
  • Parents, guardians, siblings etc will not be permitted to enter the studio unless they have a dancer in our PreDance classes (please see the PreDance registration form for guidance) Your dancer will have to be dropped off at the main door at the start of their first class and picked up at the main door after their last class. We will have a staff members available for our younger dancers.
  • A parent or guardian will have to sign our new waiver and policies form (available below) before your dancer’s first class You will also have to complete a health/symptom check (Covid-19 screening form) for your dancer at the start of their dance day each week (this is the form widely seen at restaurants and stores). This form is also available below. Please also fill in our Costuming and Award Form below before your dancer returns.
  • There will also be no partnering or touching (holding hands etc) from dancer to dancer. All dancers will be provided with hand sanitizer before and after each class (and during if needed). Once a group leaves for the day, the studio will be sanitized for the next group to come in.
  • All payments MUST be made before the time of the class via Venmo (preferred). If you do not have Venmo, please set up the payment through your bank via online banking. We do not see any of your banking info, they just mail out a check to us. You can also just mail us a check yourself. Please set up your payments IN ADVANCE. We cannot allow any dancer to take class without payment. We also cannot allow a dancer to return if they have an outstanding balance. Please begin to pay your balance before our return. Your credits from fundraisers and costume deposits have been applied to your account and can be used at any time.
  • We need your help! We want to be sure that our class sizes do not exceed recommendations. Please use the registration form below to verify which classes your dancer will be taking. Classes that do not have enough registrations/participants are subject to being cancelled
  • We are trying our best to protect anyone who enters our studio. Please understand that exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where there are people present. By registering with our studio, you assume these risks for your dancer and family.
  • Please be sure to keep checking our Facebook Families page for the latest information and ongoing changes
